Your Residents Have Payment Options
For your resident’s convenience we offer three ways for them to make their payments:

Traditional Method:
A return envelope is enclosed with each bill statement for the resident’s convenience. Residents should allow for a delivery time of five business days. -
On-Line Bill Pay:
For a $2.75 Rush Posting Fee, your residents payment will post immediately to their account. -
Local (Corpus Christi Residents Only) Payment Drop-Off:
At 1-Stop Mail Service located at Corner of Everhart Road and Saratoga Boulevard in Corpus Christi. Residents should allow a delivery and processing time of three days.
Every Drop Counts!
All plumbing concerns or water leaks should be handled by your qualified onsite maintenance team. Any unreported leaks become the responsibility of the lease holder, so it’s very important for a resident to report water waste right away! Additionally, it’s equally important for your maintenance team to address water waste in a timely manner.
