  A return envelope is enclosed with each bill statement for your convenience. Please allow for a delivery time of five business days.
• On-Line Bill Pay:
  Are you interested in an AutoPay feature, saved payment options, and an easy way to store your payment details? Introducing StarnikPay, the smart solution designed to enhance your payment experience! With StarnikPay, you can easily and securely manage your payments. StarnikPay utilizes advanced encryption technology to ensure that your personal and financial information is always protected.
  Please note that additional StarnikPay processing fees apply, independent of Water Works of Texas. Refer to the terms and conditions at checkout for more details.
• Local (Corpus Christi Residents Only) Payment Drop-Off:
  At 1-Stop Mail Service located at Corner of Everhart Road and Saratoga Boulevard in Corpus Christi. Please allow a delivery and processing time of three days.

All plumbing concerns or water leaks should be handled by your qualified onsite maintenance team. Any unreported leaks become the responsibility of the lease holder, so it’s very important to report water waste right away!
